How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

We recommend uploading high-resolution (300dpi) PDF, PNG, or JPEG files. For vector graphics, PDF is preferred.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement before they enter the production queue. Please contact support immediately.
